To understand how all of the intrigue has come to a head in our time, we must take a closer look at the historical record.
In order to understand that the Vatican has the upper hand on both Britain and America, we need to examine the American Revolution. The United States is Rome’s satellite and has been since the end of the Revolution. The historical record shows that the Jesuits fomented the American Revolution using Freemasonry as a cover. Prior to the American Revolution, 10 out of 13 colonies had put in place strict penal measures against Roman Catholicism and Catholics. Rome couldn’t stand for that so she brought about the Revolution to correct the situation. The Constitution opened the door in the United States for the flourishing of Roman Catholicism and other cults. All of this was part of the Jesuit-led continuing counter-reformation that began in the 1540’s. The U.S. Constitution with its ‘freedom of religion’ gave us a Jesuitical/Freemasonic/universalist government that put Rome in the driver’s seat of the New World Order. The New World Order was launched right here on American soil in 1776. Rome and Britain had been locked in a battle for world dominance and Rome was working desperately to get Britain back under her control since Britain broke off during the Reformation. The Spanish Armada was a failure, so Rome had to resort to covert means.
Catholic Monarch King James II during his reign in England put the forth the Jesuit constructed ‘Declaration of Indulgences’ (1687) in order to lift the restrictions against Catholicism in England. It was written to include tolerance for all religions, but was really a mask to give tolerance to Rome. In 1688, English Protestants refused the Declaration and deposed Catholic King James II from the throne.
“The Liberty James wanted them to proclaim was neither more nor less than indulgence to the Jesuits and the whole Church of Rome. Men knew the hand from which it came and saw the latent intention. Under the specious plea of toleration and liberty, the object of the Declaration was to advance Popery… and give license… to the Church of Rome, and all its schemes for reconquering England.” (John Charles, Ryle, Churchman, Feb. 1880)
Fast forward 100 years and the ‘Declaration of Indulgences’ was re-written as the ‘Declaration of Independence’ and solidified in the U.S. Constitution under the guise of ‘freedom of religion’. The American Revolution was not about tea or taxes. It was a religious war.
With the American Revolution, Rome killed two birds with one stone. (1) Rome separated the American Colonies from Britain and delivered the colonies and all their wealth into Rome’s hand. (2) As part of the continuing Jesuit-led counter-reformation, Rome created the Constitution with ‘freedom of religion’ built into it in order to allow Roman Catholicism to come in and swallow up biblical Christianity that had existed in the colonies.
Remember, Catholicism had been banned in 10 out of 13 colonies. The American Revolution and Constitution made legal (Catholicism) what had been made illegal (Catholicism) in England.
Tupper Saussy wrote in his book Rulers of Evil:
“Before the Constitution was ratified, American Catholics had few civil rights; after ratification, they had them all… the Constitution welcomed agents of Pontifex Maximus, the world’s chief enemy of Protestantism, into the ranks of government. Of the 2,500,000 enumerated inhabitants in 1787 America, the Roman Catholic population consisted of no more than 16,000 in Maryland, 7,000 in Pennsylvania, 1,500 in New York, and 200in Virginia. Once the Constitution was in place, a steady influx of European immigrants transformed Roman Catholicism from America’s smallest to largest religious denomination. By 1850, the higher powers at Rome could view the United States as a viable tributary, if not another papal state.”
The whole American Revolution was a Jesuit scam. Most people wanted to stay loyal to Britain. Freemasons inside the British Parliament pushed laws/taxes on the American colonists to get them angry and rouse them to rebellion. Freemasons on the ground in the colonies fanned the flames of revolution. Washington’s Masonic Lodge at Fredricksburg, Virginia was Catholic/Jacobite infested. Jacobite Hugh Mercer came over to America from Scotland after having fought for the Catholic Jacobite cause in the Army of Bonnie Prince Charlie. Hugh Mercer joined the Masonic Lodge in Fredricksburg, Virginia and eventually became its master. Jacobite Hugh Mercer was also a close friend and adviser to George Washington. The Fredricksburg Masonic Lodge had 8 members who were generals in the American Revolution (Washington, Mercer, George Weedon, William Woodford, Fielding Lewis, Thomas Posey, Gustavus Wallace, and the Marquis de Lafayette). The Fredricksburg Masonic Lodge got its charter from the Mother Kilwinning Lodge of Scotland in 1758.
Prior to the American Revolution, the Jesuits infiltrated Freemasonry in the mid-1700’s, which had evolved from the fugitive Templars during the 14th-16thCenturies. While hiding within the order of Freemasonry, the Jesuits were also operating on the ground out in the open. The British General Haldimand wrote to his superiors in the British Government that the Jesuits were behind the American rebels. In the book Catholics and the American Revolution, Volume 3, (1906) written by Catholic Martin Ignatius Joseph Griffin, Griffin explains that during the American Revolutionary War the British General Haldimand, while he was in Quebec, wrote a letter to British Prime Minister Lord North, which told Lord North that the French Jesuits were supporting the American rebels. Griffin writes:
“The French Jesuits were upholders of the American cause. Hence the English authorities in Canada did not wish such (Jesuits) to enter the country. They desired priests from Savoy or other places. In 1783 Gen. Haldimand wrote to Lord North that he had sent two French priests back to France; that the Bishop desired recruits from the seminaries in France; that he was under Jesuit influence; that he is honorable, but that the Jesuits have sided with the rebels.”
Additionally, Griffin wrote two other volumes of his book. From Catholics and the American Revolution, Volume 1, Griffin quotes British General Haldimand directly from a letter that Haldimand wrote to Lord North. In this letter, Haldimand states plainly to Lord North that the Jesuits are supporting the American rebels in the Revolutionary War. Haldimand states:
“The Jesuits are the only order of regular priests who have shown an attachment to the rebels during the course of the war.”
The Jesuit Carroll family played a major role in the American Revolution. They were one of the wealthiest American families of the era. There were three Carroll sons: Daniel, John and their first cousin Charles. All of them were trained in Jesuit warfare at the Jesuit St. Omer’s College in France. John Carroll became a teacher there. Daniel Carroll donated the land on which the U.S. Capitol Building sits. Property records from the 1600’s reveal that this land was called ‘Rome’. Charles Carroll was the War Commissioner during the American Revolution. John Carroll was a close friend of Benjamin Franklin and even lived at Franklin’s home. John Carroll founded the Jesuit powerhouse Georgetown University and would become the first Catholic Bishop of the United States.
In the decades following the American Revolution, the Americans built the U.S. Capitol Building as an exact replica of St. Peter’s Basilica and even put a statue of the queen of heaven/Babylon on top of it. Then they erected an obelisk facing the Capitol Building just like the one in the Vatican courtyard that faces St. Peter’s Basilica. A Vatican painter, Constantino Brumidi, painted the interior of the U.S. Capitol dome with the ‘Apotheosis of George Washington’, which mirrors paintings of the ‘Apotheosis of Ignatius Loyola’ found throughout Jesuit Churches in Rome. Could it be any more obvious who founded this country?
Rome hated the Constitution and Bill of Rights, but she permitted its creation knowing that she would eventually subvert and destroy it, and it didn’t take long. Its creation was only necessary to allow Romanism to flourish where Romanism had been banned. Rome was thinking long-term and her patience and diligence has paid off. As of the present day in the United States, Catholics out number Protestants. We have an intelligence community run by the Knights of Malta, which is subservient to the Jesuit Order. Six out of nine U.S. Supreme Court Justices are Roman Catholic. We have 28 Jesuit colleges and Universities. Please understand that this writing is not an attack on Catholics. There are many good, everyday Catholic people in this country, but we must understand that Catholicism at the highest levels is Babylonian Sun Worship. It is the headquarters for occultism the world over. All of the other cults and ancient mystery schools flow from and feed into it. Rome has either launched or absorbed them all.
During the 19th and 20th Centuries, the counter-reformation continued and the subversion of Protestantism by the Jesuits would intensify in Britain and the United States. In Britain and America, much of the subversion has its roots in the Oxford Tractarian Movement and its Jesuitical futuristic prophetic schemes. These futuristic schemes would be later be attached to Zionism and its variants such as British-Israelism in order to influence the political sphere.
Froom writes of how Jesuitical futurism began to overcome Protestantism in England during the 1800’s:
“Catholic Futurism, initially projected by Jesuit Ribera about 1585, began to obtain a foothold and then gain momentum among Protestants in Britain. Thus the same concept that sought to break the force of the Reformation view of the papal Antichrist, by assuming a future infidel antichrist, was again invoked to weaken the force of the great evangelical advent and prophetic awakening. Protestant expositors, some leaning toward Rome and some prompted by rationalistic concepts, joined hands in the attempt—perhaps unwittingly—to promote the Jesuit position. This, moreover, came to be tied inseparably with the Oxford Tractarian Movement of the Anglican Church, wherein ninety tracts were scattered by the hundreds of thousands to favor Rome and to disprove the Protestant concept of Antichrist” (Leroy Froom, Prophetic Faith Of Our Fathers, Vol. 3, 655, 656).
Jesuit Futurism would influence Irving and Darby in England, and later Scofield in America:
“Far too many evangelicals today do not realize who was behind the work of Maitland, Todd, Burgh, and the whole Oxford Tractarian Movement. The reason that futurism made its way to Irving and Darby—and latter Scofield—is because it flourished in the Anglican Church, and the reason futurism flourished in Anglicanism is for the simple reason that the Jesuits were personally behind this work…The fact of the matter is clear: The whole Oxford movement with its birth of modern day dispensational futurism was, from its inception, a movement going back to Rome.” (D.S. Farris, Futurism: The Counterfeit Prophecy, Chp. 8)
After having been injected into the body of Christ, the concepts of Dispensational Futurism would later be leveraged to benefit political Zionism:
“the Jesuits were very successful at implementing Dispensational Futurism into the policies of Great Britain, and Britain indeed became the champion for Zionism. The Balfour Declaration was a letter dated November 2, 1917, from the British Foreign Secretary Arthur James Balfour, to Lord Rothschild (Walter Rothschild, 2nd Baron Rothschild), a leader of the British Jewish community, for transmission to the Zionist Federation, a private Zionist organization. The letter stated the position, agreed at a British Cabinet meeting on October 31, 1917, that the British government supported Zionist plans for a Jewish “national home” in Palestine, with the condition that nothing should be done which might prejudice the rights of existing communities there. The Jesuit Illuminati was very successful in conditioning (through the Jesuit Counter Reformation) Great Britain to nurture the ideology of Zionism among European Jews. The second task of the Jesuits was to create events that would trigger the relocation of the Jews to Palestine. Part two of the Jesuit Illuminati’s geopolitical strategy was to create Fascism inevitably to create the State of Israel in Palestine.” (D.S. Farris, The Two-Horned Beast: Part Two – The New World Order, Chp. 11)
The roots of British-Israelism are obscure, but it appears to be a movement created for political purposes as opposed to something that Christians genuinely (and erroneously) believed in. In the early days of the Zionist movement, there were some British politicians who embraced British-Israelism and supported relocating the racial Jews to Palestine because they thought it would fulfill ‘prophecy’ faster and hasten the second coming of Christ. Most telling is that British-Israelism arose out of British Freemasonry; therefore, we can assume British-Israelism originated with the Jesuits considering the Jesuits control Freemasonry and the country of Britain. Barry Chamish wrote in an article titled ‘British Freemasonry Covets Israel’:
“Without British Freemasonry there would be no modern state of Israel. In the 1860s, the British-Israelite movement was initiated from within Freemasonry.”
Anton Chaitkin adds:
“The British monarchy and its prime ministers and Foreign Office fabricated British Israelism in the nineteenth century, from earlier versions of the story. They claimed that Queen Victoria was descended from the Biblical King David, and was thus a descendant of the Davidic family tree that produced Jesus. They taught that the tribes of Israel wandered into northern Europe; that by this supposed genealogy, the British are the real Chosen People, and the British Empire is thus God’s empire. The modern Jews, by this British account, are not the historical Hebrews of Old Testament Israel, but rather, the British are. But, says the British Israel myth, in a leap of logic, the Jews need to be put into Palestine, to fulfill prophecy, get slaughtered in a war with the Muslims, and bring about the End Times. To provide fuel for this mythology, the royal family asked the British Grand Lodge of Freemasonry to establish the Palestine Exploration Fund.”
What Anton Chaitkin is describing in British-Israelism is just another variation of Zionism, which ends up in the same place as regular Zionism – the racial Jews relocated to Palestine. However, Chaitkin misses the fact that the Jesuits created the false futuristic prophetic schemes that support Zionism. It wasn’t the British Royals who concocted the Oxford Tractarian Movement and its false future prophetic structures. Seemingly, British-Israelism is just another angle from which the Jesuits can cause people to focus on the flesh and earthly Jerusalem. The Jesuits are the great Zionists. Likely, the British Royals are working hand-in-hand with them and British-Israelism is a decoy to take our eyes off of the real plot of relocating the pope’s chair to Jerusalem.
History shows that the Vatican/Jesuits brought the Nazi regime into power in order to turn Europe into a nightmare for the Jews in hopes of relocating them to Palestine. To get the Christians on board with this program of a national homeland for the Jews in Palestine, Jesuit dispensationalism was pumped into American churches through the Scofield Reference Bible, which has caused Christians to support Israel with bloodthirsty, unwavering support.
According to some researchers such as Chamish, the Vatican was given control of all the ‘holy’ sites in east Jerusalem when Jesuit-trained Shimon Peres had the sites handed over to Vatican control through the Oslo Accords in 1993. The Vatican is apparently closing in on Jerusalem trying to regain what she lost to the Muslims during the crusades of the Middle Ages.
The only problem is that the Muslims still control the Dome of the Rock which supposedly sits on top of the remnant of Solomon’s Temple. The Vatican would like to rebuild Solomon’s Temple but needs to get the Dome of the Rock out of the way. Potential solutions in eyes of Vatican:
1) Foment World War III between the Muslims and the “Jews” in Israel and just take the Dome of the Rock from the Muslims.
2) Create peace and unity between Muslims, Jews, and Christians through ecumenism and just unite everybody on common religious ground, thus avoiding war, and make Jerusalem an international city.
Most likely, the idea that British Royals are going to make New Jerusalem in Britain or in the Middle East is just a Jesuit diversion. The British Royals aren’t pulling the strings of everything – the Jesuits and Rome are hiding behind them. The British government, like the U.S. government, is also infested with Freemasonry and the Knights of Malta among many other occult orders that feed into the Vatican. The real endgame is putting the pope’s chair in Jerusalem. After all, he is the ‘vicar’ of Christ and ‘God’ on earth, according to the papacy.
1.2 Billion “Christians” already bow down to him. The British Royals certainly don’t have that kind of devotion from the world’s people. The dumbed-down Protestants will support the pope in the name of unity if the right political conditions can be fabricated. Many Protestants already welcome the pope with open arms. The British Government bases its argument on domestic British legislation. But the domestic legislation of a country cannot counter its obligations in international law, unless it chooses to withdraw from them. There appears to have been no input of any kind from the Liberal Democrats. That opens a wider question – there appears to be no “liberal” impact now in any question of coalition policy. It is amazing how government salaries and privileges and ministerial limousines are worth far more than any belief to these people. Patino rounded on Britain for threatening to take 41-year-old Assange into custody by force, and warned such a move would not be tolerated.
“Today, we received from the United Kingdom an express threat, in writing, that they could storm our embassy if Ecuador does not hand over Julian Assange” the foreign minister told reporters.
“Ecuador rejects in the strongest terms the explicit threat made in Britain’s official communication,” he said.
“The position taken by the government of Great Britain is unacceptable, both from the political and the legal point of view,” the foreign minister said.
He warned that entering the embassy without authorization “would be a flagrant violation of the Vienna Convention” on diplomatic relations.
Assange took refuge at Ecuador’s embassy in London on June 19 to avoid extradition to Sweden, which he claims plans to eventually surrender him to US authorities.
But even if the asylum request is granted, it is unclear whether Assange will be allowed to leave, as British police were waiting outside the embassy ready to arrest him for breaching the terms of his bail granted in 2010.
“The UK has a legal obligation to extradite Mr Assange to Sweden to face questioning over allegations of sexual offences and we remain determined to fulfill this obligation,” a British Foreign Office spokesman said.
Assange had embarked on a marathon round of court battles, but finally exhausted all his options under British law in June when the Supreme Court overturned his appeal against extradition.
Quito had said it was reviewing the sexual misconduct allegations as it weighs his asylum request. Assange maintains he had consensual sex with the alleged Swedish victims.
Correa has said that the mere possibility that Assange could face capital punishment in the United States could be reason enough for his government to grant the activist’s asylum petition.

Britain’s Foreign Office later released a statement saying it hoped a “mutually acceptable” solution could still be found, but warned it would do all it could to extradite Assange.
“We have an obligation to extradite Mr Assange and it is only right that we give Ecuador the full picture,” the spokesman said of the letter sent by Britain to Quito.
“Throughout this process, we have drawn the Ecuadorans’ attention to relevant provisions of our law.”
The law which Britain is threatening to invoke is the Diplomatic and Consular Premises Act 1987, which allows it to revoke the diplomatic immunity of an embassy on British soil.
WikiLeaks spokesman Kristinn Hrafnsson told AFP that the threat to storm the embassy was “extremely serious” and said that the group’s legal team refuted its legality.

I poliziotti del Commissariato di Sciacca, hanno arrestato, Davide Mordino, 41 anni, parroco della Basilica di San Calogero, resosi responsabile fino alla data del 30 dicembre 2009, secondo le accuse, di aver compiuto atti sessuali, con numerosi minori di sesso maschile di età compresa tra i 14 ed i 18 anni, in cambio di denaro, con l’aggravante di aver commesso i fatti in danno di minori e con l’abuso di poteri e con violazione dei doveri inerenti la propria qualità di ministro di culto.
L’arresto in esecuzione di un’ordinanza cautelare in carcere, emessa dal Gip Tribunale di Palermo, Maria Pino, su richiesta dei Pm della Procura palermitana titolari dell’indagine, Laura Vaccaro e Alessia Sinatra. La complessa attività di indagine trae le sue origini dall’ operazione antidroga “Mata Hari” dalle cui risultanze investigative si appurava, che l’allora sacerdote della Basilica San Calogero di Sciacca, padre Davide Mordino intratteneva rapporti sessuali a pagamento con un indagato di quell’indagine.
Sebbene, ovviamente, tale condotta non fosse assolutamente rilevante con riguardo alle investigazioni in corso, la polizia di Sciacca avviava un’indagine finalizzata ad accertare se il prete si intrattenesse nei locali della Basilica di San Calogero anche con dei minorenni. Risultava dalle indagini che il consolidato e ricorrente modus operandi del sacerdote era questo: approcciava le sue giovani vittime con la scusa di fargli fare un test sulla sensibilità corporea (pagato, asseritamente, dall’Università di Palermo), cui seguivano le diverse prestazioni sessuali, con pagamento ai ragazzi della somma di denaro da un minimo di 50 euro fino ad un massimo di 300 euro.
Il sacerdote, faceva, altresì sottoscrivere, un modulo apparentemente intestato alla società Mediaset di Milano, che avrebbe consentito loro la partecipazione a programmi televisivi, stante peraltro la sua parentela con un noto intrattenitore televisivo, impegnato in trasmissioni condotte da Maria De Filippi rendendosi, in tal modo, facilmente credibile ai ragazzi, de siderosi di entrare nel mondo dello spettacolo.
A seguito dell’articolata attività svolta, la direzione delle indagini veniva assunta dalla Procura della Repubblica presso il Tribunale di Palermo competente per il reato di prostituzione minorile. Dopo l’arresto odierno della polizia e le operazioni di rito il prete Davide Mordino è staro rinchiuso nel carcere dell’Ucciardone di Palermo a disposizione dell’autorità giudiziaria.
IL REPORTAGE DA SCIACCA, NELL'AGRIGENTINO: Nella chiesa di fra' Davide
Un viaggio al santuario del Monte Kronio, a sette chilometri da Sciacca, dove un posto di pace e tranquillità è stato scosso dalla notizia dell'arresto del parroco Davide Mordino. Lì si trova l'oratorio voluto dall'ex religioso dove si sarebbero consumati gli abusi nei confronti dei minori con la falsa promessa di farli partecipare alla trasmissione "Amici".
Appena sette chilometri di curve separano Sciacca dal santuario del Monte Kronio, un posto di pace e tranquillità con vista mozzafiato sulla cittadina termale, scelto tantissimi anni fa da un eremita eritreo come luogo di ritiro spirituale. Per volontà di quel frate di colore, vi sorse una chiesa, oggi basilica. Impossibile pensare che proprio qui, tra le mura di questa raccolta, ma bellissima, chiesetta, per tanto tempo vi ha celebrato messa anche l'"uomo nero", padre Davide Mordino, sacerdote arrestato con l'accusa di pedofilia.
All'indomani della notizia del giorno di cui tutti parlano già in paese, sopra al monte nulla è cambiato, a parte l'aria frizzantina dovuta alla pioggia della sera di prima. Pochi turisti leggono i cartelli che narrano della vita di San Calogero, altri scattano foto da cartolina al meraviglioso panorama mentre Padre Tutino, il prete che da due anni e mezzo guida la basilica da quando l'ex sacerdote è stato allontanato, è in sacrestia intento a preparasi per la messa mattutina delle undici.
"Ho conosciuto Davide Mordino ancor prima che vestisse l'abito talare in seminario - dice padre Tutino - lo ricordo come un giovane molto preparato e colto. Non c'è mai stato alcun sospetto". Erano seguitissime le messe domenicali dell'ex parroco che nel periodo estivo celebrava il rito anche all'aperto. I fedeli ne ricordano le omelie appassionate e il rigore con cui rimproverava in particolare le spose che il giorno delle nozze si presentavano all'altare scollate. Era anche temutissimo dai fotografi della città che ammoniva facendo la voce grossa quando non erano puntuali in occasione delle cerimonie.
"Siamo rattristati come quando ad un familiare succede qualcosa di brutto - racconta ancora padre Tutino scrollando le spalle - noi religiosi siamo chiamati ad essere luce e testimonianza, ma quando il maligno ci mette la coda...".
Alle spalle del santuario, vi sono gli alloggi dei frati e del sacerdote. Da questa porta secondaria, padre Davide avrebbe fatto entrare i minori che era riuscito ad adescare per poi consumare gli abusi sessuali. Mentre poco più giù, vi sono le grandi vetrate dell'oratorio, fortemente voluto dall'ex religioso e ricavato da alcuni locali prima abbandonati. E' chiuso da quando è scoppiato lo scandalo. Era in questi interni - da fuori si possono vedere ancora il tavolo da ping pong, le locandine sgualcite per la serate di beneficienza organizzate e la bacheca con gli orari delle varie attività - che frà Davide, come lo chiamavano i tanti ragazzi che venivano spesso a passare il pomeriggio, prometteva alle vittime un futuro radioso nel mondo dello spettacolo vantando una conoscenza a Mediaset.
Più volte proprio l'oratorio era stato oggetto di alcuni raid vandalici, prima che le voci sugli strani atteggiamenti e attenzioni del prete che non disdegnava neanche la buona cucina essendo un habituè di uno dei più rinomati ristoranti della città, non si facessero sempre più insistenti. Lui aveva rilasciato interviste televisive ammonendo chi aveva perpetrato i furti nel suo oratorio dove ancora campeggia una scritta che ora fa più che mai uno strano effetto: "Se non ami, non ti ami".

Legea 60/1991 a adunarilor publice, republicata, este depasita si Jandarmeria refuza sa respecte legile superioare si sa actioneze in concordanta cu Constitutia Romaniei, Conventia pentru apararea drepturilor omului dar si jurisprudenta CEDO, folosind forta armata impotriva cetatenilor pasnici pentru intimidare, descurajare si inabusirea oricarei voci a cetatenilor nemultumiti, atitudine caracteristica unui stat politienesc.
Una notizia di qualche giorno (oramai anni - n.d.R. TA) fa è passata quasi sotto silenzio. Riguarda don Lelio Cantini, un parroco dell’arcidiocesi di Firenze, condannato, su ordine di Benedetto XVI, a due pene: la «sospensione a divinis» e la «dimora vigilata». Il motivo? È stato riconosciuto colpevole di «abuso plurimo e aggravato nei confronti di minori, delitto di sollecitazione a rapporti sessuali compiuto nei confronti di più persone in occasione della Confessione, abuso nell'esercizio della potestà ecclesiastica nella formazione delle coscienze». Così recita il dispositivo della sentenza messo a punto dalla Congregazione per la dottrina della fede, dopo un’indagine istruttoria eseguita da una sua apposita commissione.
Dunque da un tribunale religioso, non statale, e che ha lavorato in applicazione non del diritto civile e penale italiano, ma del diritto canonico.
Ora, tra i problemi che emergono ne enunciamo alcuni. – La sentenza accenna a reati plurimi e aggravati di pedofilia (una parola non a caso accuratamente evitata). Ma quali sono nella loro concretezza? Quanti sono? A danno di quanti minori sono stati commessi? E di minori di quale età e di quale sesso? Nulla di preciso emerge dalla sentenza pubblicata dalla stampa. Si sa per vie traverse che si è trattato di adolescenti dai dieci anni in su, forse circa una ventina, di ambedue i sessi, plagiati e stuprati in vari modi dal prete pedofilo.
Ad “Annozero”, una signora fiorentina ha raccontato la sua storia orripilante di bambina costretta dal prete anche a rapporti orali, poi spinta ogni volta ad ammettere in confessione di essere una «puttana» per ottenere l’assoluzione. Pratica pedofila plurima che si è prolungata in segreto nelle sale parrocchiali per ben oltre 14 anni, dal 1973 al 1987 e dopo.
La domanda è: poiché il prete e le vittime sono cittadini italiani, e poiché siamo in uno Stato laico di diritto, le motivazioni analitiche della sentenza ecclesiastica non dovrebbero essere di pubblico dominio, e comunque a disposizione di tutti coloro che ne fanno richiesta?
E poi, data la gravità dei reati e l’obbligatorietà dell’azione penale prevista nel nostro ordinamento giuridico, non spetta alla magistratura ordinaria italiana intervenire con rapidità sul «caso», a tutela dei diritti delle vittime, e per punire in modo esemplare il colpevole?
– Il tribunale ecclesiastico ha ridotto il prete allo stato laicale: era un prete, e la Chiesa di cui era prete poteva spretarlo per indegnità morale, o per aver abusato del sacramento della confessione. Bisogna dire che don Cantini, il cui «caso» è esploso solo nel 2004, su denuncia dei parrocchiani, era stato già inquisito dall’arcivescovo di Firenze Ennio Antonelli, nel 2007, e condannato a pene di una mitezza sconcertante: non dire messa in pubblico e fare penitenza, recitando miserere e mea culpa per 5 anni. L’attuale sospensione a divinis è una pena più grave, ma sempre dello stesso ordine. – La sentenza canonica di condanna, controfirmata da Benedetto XVI, implica però una seconda pena: la «dimora vigilata», o residenza coatta: il prete pedofilo non può abbandonare il Convitto ecclesiastico fiorentino, dove è ricoverato per motivi di salute, altrimenti verrebbe colpito da scomunica (nonostante i gravi reati, fa dunque ancora parte della comunione, o comunità cattolica).
Domanda: può un tribunale religioso, non statale e non riconosciuto dallo Stato, applicare misure di restrizione della libertà personale ad un cittadino italiano (come don Cantini era e continua ad essere)? Non è questo un caso lampante di sovrapposizione della giurisdizione ecclesiastica a quella statale? E non lede tale sovrapposizione la sovranità e l’indipendenza dello Stato dalla Chiesa? A meno che non si supponga che il nostro personaggio sia l’incarnazione del «cavaliere dimezzato» di Calvino, o possa sdoppiarsi in due, in don Lelio da un lato e il signor Cantini dall’altro: don Lelio, sia pure non più don, rimane in Convitto, in dimora vigilata, a recitare preghiere di penitenza per i suoi peccati; il signor Cantini invece se ne esce, per andare in giro per le strade e i locali di Firenze alla ricerca di nuove avventure (cosa da ritenersi peraltro improbabile, dato che è oramai ultraottantenne e malato). Che le misure canoniche di restrizione della libertà del prete fiorentino siano ineffettuali, simboliche, astratte, non coinvolgendo nel controllo dei suoi movimenti polizia e carabinieri, di cui il papa, capo di Stato straniero, non dispone in Italia, non incide di una virgola sulla questione di principio. La procura di Firenze, a quanto si legge, aveva aperto nel 2005 un fascicolo sul «caso», per accertare la verità fattuale. All’autore delle azioni criminose, oggi già accertate e sanzionate dalla Congregazione pontificia, non dovrebbe la magistratura italiana, pur nello spirito di clemenza doverosa per un uomo oramai anziano e malato, comminare le pene previste dal nostro codice penale? I laici e i democratici d’Italia confidano nell’opera degli organi giudiziari dello Stato. E attendono. Persuasi che l’autonomia e la laicità dello Stato vanno difese sempre, ovunque, e contro chiunque. Compresi i preti (se delinquono) e la Chiesa (quando non sta al suo posto).
Apriamo la Costituzione italiana: «La libertà personale è inviolabile. Non è ammessa forma alcuna di detenzione, di ispezione o perquisizione personale, né qualsiasi altra restrizione della libertà personale, se non per atto motivato dell'autorità giudiziaria e nei soli casi e modi previsti dalla legge» (art. 13). Sarebbe lecito alla magistratura italiana condannare alla «libertà vigilata» un cittadino pontificio? Si griderebbe all’ingerenza e al tradimento del Concordato tra Stato e Chiesa («ognuno indipendente e sovrano nel proprio ordine»).
Ma allora perché nessuno in Italia, tra non credenti, o credenti non clericali, nemmeno apre bocca in questo caso di fronte alla palese, simmetrica e opposta ingerenza papale?
In una Costituzione laica e democratica, il capo di Stato può concedere la grazia, non condannare un imputato: solo un giudice lo può fare.
Nello Statuto vaticano (2001), all’art. 1, è scritto: «Il Sommo Pontefice, Sovrano dello Stato della Città del Vaticano, ha la pienezza dei poteri legislativo, esecutivo e giudiziario». Dunque il Sommo Pontefice è anche il Sommo Giudice, oltre ad essere il Sommo Legislatore e il Sommo Governatore. Insomma un monarca assoluto, e per di più teocrate.
Chi può credere, in merito al caso giudiziario in questione, che ignorare l’ingerenza papale sia un buon segno per la democrazia italiana? Sic parvis magna.
Così finisce la storia di Don Lelio Cantini, sacerdote della parrocchia fiorentina di Regina della Pace, dove certo non hanno trovato la pace i ragazzi di età compresa tra i 10 e i 17 anni dei quali abusò sessualmente e psicologicamente Don Lelio dal 1973 al 1987. Quattordici anni di orrori per molti ragazzini, che solo nel 200, una volta cresciuti con addosso la devastazione regalata loro dal sacerdote, trovarono il coraggio di denunciare l’uomo che avrebbe dovuto aiutarli a crescere con equilibrio. Le denunce erano arrivate alla Congregazione per la dottrina della fede e il 13 ottobre 2008, per volontà di Benedetto XVI, il prete era stato allontanato dalla chiesa. Ormai aveva 85 anni.
ABUSI SESSUALI GRAVI – Oggi che ne ha 88 il pm fiorentino Paolo Canessa dice che le violenze sessuali “ci sono state” e che “si è trattato di abusi sessuali gravi, protrattisi per circa 20 anni”, fino ai primi anni Novanta. Quindi non aveva smesso nel 1987, ma era andato avanti. E il prete, nato nel 1923, aveva quasi settant’anni. Lo scrive nella richiesta di archiviazione dell’inchiesta, richiesta successivamente accolta dal gip. E perché Don Lelio non ha pagato per i suoi reati? Per il solito motivo: perché i bambini hanno avuto paura di parlare, perché si vergognavano, perché avevano paura di non essere creduti, perché non sono stati creduti.
REATI PRESCRITTI – E poi, a quanto dice Canessa, malgrado “le denunce fatte nel tempo, anche all’ allora cardinale di Firenze Silvano Piovanelli”, da parte delle autorità religiose c’è stato un “comportamento apparentemente omissivo” e anche “una lunga inerzia”, che hanno provocato “il perpetuarsi delle condotte” di don Cantini e “il mancato tempestivo intervento dell’autorità giudiziaria.” La solita omertà, che ha distrutto le vite di quei bambini, in buona sostanza. Don Lelio è stato spretato dal papa, ma solo 3 anni fa. Intanto i reati sono prescritti o mancano le querele.
Firenze.Una brutta storia ed una giustizia che, in questo caso, viene a mancare. Già, perchè le violenze sessuali del parroco fiorentino don Lelio Cantini su giovani minori, di età compresa tra i 10 ed i 17 anni ci sono state: si è trattato di abusi sessuali gravi che si sono protratti per circa venti anni, fino ai primi Anni '90.
Lo ha reso noto il pm fiorentino Paolo Canessa, nella richiesta di archiviazione dell’inchiesta, poi accolta dal gip. I reati sono prescritti o mancano le querele. Il magistrato ha anche ricordato le denunce presentate nel tempo, sostenendo che da parte delle autorità religiose ci sarebbe stato un comportamento apparentemente omissivo ed una lunga inerzia. Ciò ha provocato il perpetuarsi delle condotte di don Cantini ed il mancato tempestivo intervento della autorità giudiziaria.
"Ha trovato un principio di riscontro l’episodio riferito spontaneamente al pm da un uomo che disse di essere stato vittima, nel 1996, di abusi sessuali da parte di alcuni sacerdoti in una parrocchia della costa livornese, tra cui diceva di aver riconosciuto il vescovo ausiliare di Firenze Claudio Maniago", ha scritto Canessa nella richiesta di archiviazione dell’ inchiesta su don Cantini, accusato di pedofilia.
"Maniago era notoriamente legato a don Lelio Cantini ed all’ambiente della sua parrocchia. Il principio di riscontro - ha poi spiegato il pm - è la acquisizione da parte del Ros carabinieri di documentazione bancaria dalla quale emerge che l’uomo «ricevette un bonifico bancario di lire 4 milioni, proveniente proprio da un conto intestato alla parrocchia, al fine di facilitare una sorta di tacitazion per gli abusi da lui subiti".
Ultim’ora. Don Cantini colpevole, ma i reati sono prescritti.
Le violenze sessuali del parroco sono provate, ma i reati sono prescritti. E’ l’ultimo triste capitolo della vicenda che ha avuto come protagonista il sacerdote fiorentino Don Lelio Cantini, parroco della chiesa della Regina della Pace di Rifredi. Vittime di quelle violenze sono state bambine e adolescenti fra i 10 e i 17 anni: si è trattato di “abusi sessuali gravi” “protrattisi per circa 20 anni”, fino ai primi anni ’90. Lo scrive il pm fiorentino Paolo Canessa nella richiesta di archiviazione dell’inchiesta, poi accolta dal gip. I reati sono prescritti o mancano le querele. Canessa ricorda le “denunce fatte nel tempo” – anche all’ allora cardinale di Firenze Silvano Piovanelli – ma sostiene che da parte delle autorità religiose ci sono stati “comportamento apparentemente omissivo” e “una lunga inerzia”, che hanno provocato “il perpetuarsi delle condotte” di don Cantini e “il mancato tempestivo intervento della autorità giudiziaria”.
Denuncia dell'Antiplagio per don Lelio Cantini e la veggente
ALLA C.A. PROCURA DELLA REPUBBLICA DI FIRENZE
Al ns. comitato di volontariato è stato segnalato l'operato del sedicente "carismatico" Lelio Cantini, sacerdote della Diocesi di Firenze ed ex parroco della chiesa "Regina della Pace", meglio conosciuto come "Priore", e di una "veggente" sua collaboratrice (di cui non si conosce il nome), i quali, a partire dal 1975, avrebbero esercitato violenze sessuali e psicologiche su bambini, bambine, adolescenti e intere famiglie, costrette a devolvere beni di varia natura e denaro alla parrocchia per "adesione totale a Dio" e per la costruzione di una "vera Chiesa dello Spirito".
A dimostrazione di ciò il "Priore" nel 2005, dopo le proteste e le denunce alla Diocesi di Firenze da parte dei parrocchiani irretiti, è stato trasferito (per non meglio specificati motivi di salute) in un'altra città della Toscana, tenuta segreta, dove - in base alle segnalazioni giunte al ns. comitato di volontariato - starebbe continuando la sua attività, insieme alla "veggente" summenzionata, le cui "visioni" favorirebbero la selezione degli "eletti". Secondo le disposizioni della Curia di Firenze, per 5 anni il "Priore" non potrà né confessare, né celebrare la messa in pubblico, né assumere incarichi ecclesiastici; e per un anno dovrà fare un'offerta caritativa e recitare ogni giorno il Salmo 51 o le litanie della Madonna. Le vittime invece, visto che "il male una volta compiuto non può essere annullato", sono state invitate, sempre dalla Curia di Firenze, a "rielaborare in una prospettiva di fede la triste vicenda" e ad invocare da Dio "la guarigione della memoria".
Ad ulteriore dimostrazione di quanto denunciato, alcuni sacerdoti della Diocesi di Firenze il 13/10 u.s. scrivono al Papa Benedetto XVI: "Non vogliamo sentirci domani chiedere conto di un colpevole silenzio". Nella loro lettera, inoltre, parlano di "iniquo progetto di dominio sulle anime e sulle esistenze quotidiane" per opera di una setta "cresciuta dentro una parrocchia cattolica", e ricordano a Sua Santità che, a "quasi due anni" dalle denunce, dalla Chiesa fiorentina non sono arrivati né "una decisa presa di distanza" dai personaggi coinvolti, né "una scusa ufficiale", né "un atto riparatore autorevole e credibile". Tra le testimonianze a conoscenza del ns. comitato di volontariato vi è quella di una donna (ora sposata con figli) che da 10 a 25 anni avrebbe subito molestie sessuali, con l'espediente della "piena comunione eucaristica", e quella di un'altra donna che, dall'età di 17 anni, diventò la "diletta del Priore" e, "in nome di Gesù", sarebbe stata abusata. Conosciamo inoltre la vicenda di un ex seminarista, prescelto dal "Priore" per far parte della futura "vera Chiesa dello Spirito", e della famiglia del ragazzo vincolata a consegnare beni e denaro. Ma dopo 3 anni di Teologia, il giovane avrebbe abbandonato il seminario.
Poiché tra l'altro ci è stato segnalato che il "Priore" e la "veggente" hanno compiuto pellegrinaggi in Terra Santa, è presumibile che siano stati colpiti dalla sindrome di Gerusalemme, patologia che consiste nella manifestazione improvvisa di appassionati sentimenti religiosi, insieme all'impulso di proferire espressioni visionarie e assumere il ruolo di un profeta o di Gesù Cristo. Allo stesso tempo è presumibile che, conoscendo tale patologia, i due abbiano agito in malafede.
In considerazione dei danni che il "Priore" e la "veggente" avrebbero arrecato alle giovani vittime e alle loro famiglie e che potrebbero arrecare in futuro, si chiede al Vs. spettabile Ufficio di verificare le informazioni in ns. possesso e, in caso affermativo, di procedere per i reati che riterrà opportuno rubricare.

Don Lelio Cantini(Montespertoli, 28 gennaio 1923 – Fiesole, 15 febbraio 2012) è stato un sacerdote italiano, proveniente da Firenze, accusato, a partire dal 2004 di «abusi sessuali pluriaggravati e continuati su minori», configurabili come pedofilia e pederastia. Le presunte violenze sarebbero avvenute sia nei confronti di bambini che di ragazzi di ambo i sessi.
10 anni di abusi
Tra il 1975 ed il 1985 l'ex parroco avrebbe assicurato alle giovani vittime che tramite quei rituali - tra cui rapporti completi consistenti in fellatio e deglutizione del liquido seminale [1] - «si sarebbe realizzata la più piena comunione eucaristica», proibendogli ovviamente di riferire di tali pratiche all'esterno della parrocchia. Pena, la dannazione e l'allontanamento. Una delle ragazze abusate, all'epoca dei fatti dodicenne, ha dichiarato che Lelio Cantini la rassicurava dicendole che lei «era la prescelta come la Madonna, che aveva avuto Gesù a dodici anni». Tali frasi sarebbero servite a plagiarla, impedendole di parlare, ma non le avrebbero impedito l'insorgere di veri e propri conati di vomito al solo pensiero dell'accaduto. [2] Altri plagi sarebbero avvenuti per scopi diversi, come per esempio quello di creare un potere alternativo a quello ufficiale (secondo Cantini, corrotto), indirizzando con il ricatto i ragazzini al seminario: «Quelli lassù ti hanno scelto per fare il sacerdote e se non accetti ti caccio dalla parrocchia per sempre». Per plagiare le giovani menti, l'ex parroco si sarebbe avvalso della collaborazione di colei che veniva chiamata «la Veggente», per anni perpetua della parrocchia. [3]
Prime denunce presentate agli organi ecclesiastici
Le vittime, che hanno subito le molestie negli anni a partire dal 1975 fino a buona parte degli anni ottanta, hanno trovato il coraggio di scrivere quanto subito solo nel gennaio 2004, con il sacerdote ormai ultraottantenne. La lettera è stata indirizzata dapprima alla curia di Firenze e solo in seguito, dopo due anni di attesa, al Papa. All'epoca dei presunti fatti, l'età dei ragazzi e delle ragazze oscillava tra i 10 e i 17 anni. [4] A seguito di tali denunce, don Lelio Cantini viene rimosso dal suo incarico nella parrocchia Regina della pace nel settembre 2005, con motivazione ufficiale: «problemi di salute» e viene trasferito a 30 km circa, nella parrocchia di Mucciano, nel Mugello, dall'arcivescovo Ennio Antonelli. [5] Lo stesso cardinale Antonelli in una sua lettera pubblica [6] , dichiara di aver agito in tal modo in quanto il reato era caduto in prescrizione anche per il diritto canonico. In seguito, anche dopo i ripensamenti del cardinale, dovuti alle evidenze cui è stato messo di fronte, la Congregazione per la Dottrina della Fede, in deroga alla prescrizione, avvia lo stesso il processo penale ecclesiastico. Per la chiesa cattolica la questione si chiude il 17 gennaio 2007, quando rende noti, sempre tramite il cardinale Antonelli i provvedimenti adottati contro l'ottantaquattrenne sacerdote nella condanna a conclusione del processo canonico: «il priore non potrà né confessare, né celebrare messa in pubblico, né assumere incarichi ecclesiastici, e per un anno dovrà fare un'offerta caritativa e recitare ogni giorno il Salmo 51 o le litanie della Madonna». Indagini e verifiche
Attualmente nessuna delle presunte vittime ha sporto denuncia alle autorità competenti, preferendo rivolgersi prima alle gerarchie religiose, ma a seguito dell'epilogo annunciato dal cardinale Antonelli, hanno ritenuto non soddisfacenti i provvedimenti inflitti e quindi stanno organizzando un'azione penale nei confronti dell'ex parroco. Don Lelio Cantini, dal canto suo, ha preferito non rilasciare nessuna dichiarazione in merito. In una lettera firmata da diciotto delle presunte vittime, inviata il 7 giugno 2007 all'arcivescovo Ennio Antonelli e, per conoscenza, anche alla Congregazione per la dottrina della fede, le vittime chiesero risposte soddisfacenti immediate, annunciando che se non fossero giunte entro un mese avrebbero richiesto il diretto intervento della Congregazione, alto organismo della Santa Sede. [7] Il 13 ottobre 2008 l'ex "prete" è stato ritenuto colpevole dei delitti sessuali di cui era accusato da parte della Congregazione per la dottrina della fede, e per intervento del Pontefice è stato dimesso dallo stato clericale. [8] È scomparso nel 2012 all'età di 89 anni. [9]
